MINUS 5 STARS - Don't ever use this company.

Thieves.

I wanted a 1-year contract, they could only offer 6 months. This did not work for me, so I did not want it. They asked me "Confirm you want to extend your insurance in writing." I did not reply.

2 weeks later I am told I have missed my invoice payment. I have no insurance because I missed the payment window and I still owe them money.

So, I have no inurance. A null and void policy I did not want. And an invoice.

Totally ideal for coach houses with lease garages underneath.
They work very hard indeed, the trading environment in this industry is very robust and quite competitive.
If your are looking for an independent that tailor makes your insurance needs this is the service you require this is the one stop shop.
