Used the firm today for a simple document signing that needed witnessing and stamping. The receptionist was very efficnet and set my an appointment up the next day, in the morning i was havign issues with my printer but receptionist returned my voicemail and provided me an email to send the documents to and when i arrived they were printed and ready for my signing, Tim then dealth my request. The whole process was very efficient and positive and very reasonable sum for the service too. Being in property for years i deal with a lot of solicitors and i must say this is one of the best customer service i have ever recieved. If i expand my property portfoliiio to the east midlands i know who i will use for all my converyanceing needs. Thanks guys.
