I saw Shanice Williams for my first ever mortgage appointment. As a first time buyer she really put me at ease explaining everything in a way that I could understand. She went through the process of buying a house and answer any questions that I had. She really made me feel comfortable and was professional throughout the whole process. Not only did she look after my mortgage side of the purchase but also talk to me through different protection options. Could not of asked for a better service I was always there when I need her advice or expertise. I couldn’t recommend Shanice enough for anyone looking to buy a first home or looking for a broker. She made the process so much easier than I thought it was going to be was amazing throughout.

It was a pleasure to work with Shanice from Embrace FS on getting our first mortgage.
