Had a scheduled meeting a week ago for a face to face meeting on Saturday in Darwen branch. Received a phone call 5 minutes before the meeting that it could not take place as the person who was supposed to do it, was not aware of it being face to face and in Darwen. Was promised a call back two days later on Monday to arrange another meeting. Over 10 days gone and no call whatsoever. What can I add?
