He is so so efficient, he listens to what you want, makes sure he understands how you want to manage your mortgage moving forward and then gets you the very best deal. This is the second time I have used Embrace Financial services to arrange my remortgage. Due to the great experience of professionalism the first time around I had no hesitancy of using them again. Even though Paul Cotterill was evidently very busy, he made time for me and made me feel that I was his only client at times. The process was slick and personal. Due to Covid-19 the process was conducted on the phone and via email, but that didn’t take affect a personal service. Paul is a very thoughtful, kind and professional person, making the process easy to understand.
