We have been dealing with Colin and cannot recommend him enough! He has been super helpful, informative and efficient getting back to us and following up. He is always just a phone call or email away when we need him even when I started having a panic about the mortgage application, he was straight on the phone to reassure me. We are just waiting for our mortgage offer to come through but so far we are super happy with the process and the fee!
