I would like to recommend Daniel Watton to anyone who is considering moving or buying their first home. Dan Watton dealt with our mortgage application from the start and was extremely patient with us. At first we were just feeling it out as we weren't even sure we were ready to get our own place.

We changed our deposit amount, kept sending the wrong documents, but he was really helpful throughout.

I called him whilst he was on holiday with his family to ask a few questions, and whilst he could have got back to me after his 2 weeks off, he took the time to help me.

Dan is a really pleasant person, very easy to talk to and very helpful.
I couldn't recommend him enough.
