I bought a property in 2011, Saif Hossein (based in Plaistow at the time) convinced me to use their services.
I paid a 'broker for life' fee, fast forward 10/12 years later, reached out as I remembered the promise.
He was nice enough asked me to forward emails etc, when he realised there wasn't enough commission in it for him he just ignored me.
These people don't stick to their agreements!
I gave it time before posting a review, I followed up with a call, he fobbed me off (busy, would deal with it etc).
He clearly had no intention sticking to any prior agreement, for completeness I sent a message to him as well.
I was going to visit the Shoreditch branch, but realised he's stationed there too, so no point.
