I came here for a quote on a car insurance on a Monday. The guy who took my details made several mistakes while writing down my details and I had to be prompting him to correct them almost all the time. Eventually he promised that he would call me the following midday. No call received. I rang them in the afternoon and this same guy said that his provider was not happy with my car valuation. Bad thing. I agreed then to a lower valuation and he promised he would ring me within one hour. 48 hours later, no call received. I rang them again to be told that their provider was not happy with my postcode. They did not ring me because they have been "busy". Is this the way they deal with claims? I reckon I would be stuck with them trying to get things done with no success. This guy said that they are not competitive with private cars insurance, why didn't he tell me this on Monday? I just managed to get insurance from another provider, but these people were unhelpful, they wasted my time and they could have had me with no insurance due to their incompetence and their lack of interest. Avoid.
