I instructed Enviro Solutions to do a CMRA on a site in East Ayrshire in Scotland. They did a desk top report that wrongly stated the site needed to be grouted. On the advice of my Structural Engineer I employed the services of a Scottish company who after a very lengthy process managed to get the coal board to discharge the conditions implemented due to Enviro Solutions report. This was an extremely time consuming and expensive exercise. I did contact Tom and Will several times but their promises of returned calls never materialised. This company ended up costing me thousands of pounds in extra reports and months of delay. I would avoid at all costs.

Stressful experience for essentially a desktop SAP EPC.. Took about 11/12 weeks from first request to completion.. very long delays in comms coming back from this company, most frustrating.. When I tried to email my concerns across, I've been met with silence time and time again.. Had to pay the full invoice as no-one even bothered to reply to my three email requests for a concession due to their very poor customer service.. So I wouldn't recommend at all.
