Our experience with EP Tax was highly disappointing. As new clients unfamiliar with the complexities of tax returns after leaving the military, we expected guidance and support. Instead, we were met with poor communication, a lack of empathy, and an unwillingness to provide the help we needed. Rather than assisting us to resolve any misunderstandings, they abruptly disengaged with an incredibly rude message, leaving us feeling abandoned at a critical time. Their approach was far from the professional service we were promised and expected.
