Met Edd Young today to do an epc on my property I have just renovated. He has been prompt in response and polite from my first text message to him arranging a convienient time for both of us. His service has been fast and first class professional. Previously an epc E the property has undergone intensive insulation 50mm celotex to external walls, both down stairs and upstairs. 25mm celotex throughout the ground floor covering, including rear outcrop kitchen and bathroom. Rear outcrop roof slope 50mm celotex flat void 350mm insulation. Passageway fly over to front bedroom floor 50mm celotex and plasterboard. Loft eco therm insulation 100mm between joists Cross laid 200mm eco therm then another layer 200mm 90 degrees to that. Floor voids insulated whilst re wiring 100mm insulation. A rated combi boiler with programmable intelligent control and individual thermostats on radiators. The house is now warm and draught free, returning an awarded epc grade C. Found Edd to be knowledgable on requirements and evidence required to support the epc. He was prompt in completion and very reasonable in his cost for this service. Recently moved to lincoln, I'm sure he will become a well known assessor for Lincolnshire domestic properties.
