Beware extortionate cancellation fees. I cancelled my policy after 4 months as I sold the trailer, but their small print allowed them to take £75 in fees. Have switched back to my old insurer through SEIB who are infinitely better amd not much more. Pay a bit more and avoid Equesure!

If there was an option for a zero star then that’s what I would chose. I have been waiting on a call back on four occasions and not one back. I called to cancel my policy as I do not have the vehicle anymore and they keep saying they will get back to me as they are a broker and it’s the other companies fault and that they are waiting on them to get back to them. It’s been nearly two weeks now and I have had to make the contact every time. All this time to just cancel my policy. Shocking company who are only good at taking your money but when you need them you are doomed for any service from them at all. Terrible experience to say the least.

Took out insurance from this company a week into the lockdown, they requested a doctor's note which I instantly contacted them and said that I wasn't able to get due to my surgery being closed due to COVID - they said that was fine, there would just be an exception on the policy for any incidents arising during my handling her until the note could be obtained.

Everywhere is due to open next week but this bunch of clowns have today informed me they are cancelling my policy due to not providing this documentation - despite my contact with them and their assuring me it would be fine until I could get it. Absolute waste of space and I will never use this company again - NO consideration for their customers, only pure greed!

They are now trying to retain £200 of a £300 premium on a policy less than 30 days old that THEY cancelled - SCAMMERS! I have made a complaint to the ombudsman.

Yes, they responded below, but did absolutely nothing about it and I'm still out £200 for a month of horse insurance that I didn't even claim on. Absolute scumbags of a company! IF you insure with these, pay your premium in instalments or they'll help themselves to your money!

Equisure insured me for the vehicle I bought, and thanks to the wonderful Jake (please if you do any employee rewards for good reviews give him one, he's earned it, talked me right into the add-ons!) I was covered for my breakdown and recovery on the way home the day after purchasing my policy, which as it turned out was very much needed.
Big big thanks to Jake and Equisure for getting me off the side of the road and straight to the nearest garage! 10/10 so far, would recommend.
