I've been round the block with financial institutions.
In my experience it can be very painful and frustrating.
Id been searching for almost 6 months for a decent broker to facilitate a Lifetime Equity Mortgage.
I was hitting a few bumps in the road with brokers, lenders and my current bank.
I was short on the lenders advance to pay off my mortgage with my current lender
The survey had been carried out giving a good valuation, lasting 6 months.
I contacted all parties to negotiate because I was so close to complete the transaction.
My current lender and prospective lender would not budge.
I noticed in the offer contract that my broker had a fee and his company had a fee also.
I informed the broker if he could suspend his fee and split the difference with his company fee.

He informed me he couldn't. I said fine look for another lender with a better deal.
I waited a couple of weeks , he informed me he had been in touch with a senior negotiator.
He came back with more expensive deals and advised to go with the original deal.
I was disappointed so I informed him I'm contacting other brokers.

Fortunately I found Mr David Myers MLIA (DiP) CMS.
Within a day with the same lender
He found a better interest rate
There was no broker fees.

Time was of the essence .
David drafted all the necessary documentation and forms.
Within a week a formal offer was made by the lender.
David also recommended solicitors to facilitate the legal work.
Moss & Coleman Solicitors contacted me by phone on the Monday and was at my home on the Thursday.
Considering I live nearly 300 miles away I was impressed with that efficiency.
All paperwork signed and done within an hour.
That saved at least two weeks ensuring no mistakes.
Once filled in the solicitor drove back from Plymouth to Essex.

The professionalism from David and Moss and Coleman ensured a smooth transaction of documentation to the both lenders solicitors.
I would also like to thank David going the extra mile for me who was available early morning to late evenings for any bumps in the road.
Michelle and Clara at Moss and Coleman dovetailed with David and myself.

The last 6 months has been very stressful due to personal circumstances.
However David , Michelle and Clara was there for me just at the right time.
I certainly would recommend David Myers and Moss and Coleman. ABSOLUTELY SUPERB.
