We have been a client of Ernst R Shaw since 2015 and all was well until recently when we shopped around to get some quotations from various brokers and decided to move on with someone else as there was a huge difference in price (about £2k). Our new brokers have asked us to get our 4 years no claims bonus which but the account manager at Ernst R Shaw has refused to help claiming that we shouldn't have left them and stayed with them and everything could have been easily sorted accordingly. TERRIBLE service after 4 years working together and paying in excess of £20k....
