We have monthly mentoring meetings with Wayne, as well as all of our accounts and VAT completed by ESP. Very simply we could not run our business the way we do without ESP! The monthly meetings always leave us inspired and ready to move forward for the following month with actions, targets and plans set. This allows to us strive to reach our full potential at all times. Accounting to us has always been a very bookkeeping experience. Previously we’ve just had somebody who ran some numbers and filled in a tax return and we were keen to move to a more useful tool as the business grew. We’ve reached the point now where we are actually looking at the numbers so we are looking at management accounts and looking at how profitability is going and making decisions on the effect that our previous work has had, so capitalizing on the more profitable work and ignoring the less profitable work.
