I cannot rate Scott more highly enough! Estate agents have a reputation for just looking after themselves and playing clients one off against each other! Scott is the complete opposite! It has been a great privilege to deal with Scott, as he gives a very honest opinion when it comes to selling a business. Over the years, I have had a few businesses that I have sold and, unfortunately, I have found business transfer agencies not very trustworthy. However, Scott at Essex and Suffolk Business Sales has a totally different and much more honest approach to selling a business.

The majority of business transfer agents require money upfront to sell your business. Unfortunately, in my experience, these companies take your money and then do virtually nothing to promote the sale of a business. Scott doesn't take a commission before he sells a business; he sells the business first and then takes the commission afterwards. This gives me a huge confidence when I am marketing a business. I can definitely recommend Scott, as he has given me truthful and valuable information.

Scott has recently sold my business for me, everything went extremely smoothly. Scott was very quick to respond to my questions, which were through telephone conversations and email. Even when Scott was on holiday, he was still responding to my message's. Once again, I can genuinely recommend Scott as a business transfer agency. Scott's commission was also very reasonable and fair.
