I had a letter from HMRC saying my PPI Insurance Claim has been paid to Etico, I've tried to contact them on numerous occasions but I've not had a response. Looks like I've been scammed here & they've kept my money.

Just been on the phone to Hmrc regarding a repayment due to me , I never received the cheque , apparently it was sent to this company Etico group , I have tried phoning with no answer , thankfully it wasnt a huge amount , but nevertheless it was mine , they kept the money, beware anyone getting a call from them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I FEAR I'VE BEEN SCAMMED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. I LOOKED INTO THEM AT THE BEGINNING OF MY CLAIM AND EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT SO I'M NOT SURE HOW THEY'RE GETTING AWAY WITH THIS.

I would be very wary of dealing with this company: their phones appear to be constantly 'out of order', and they don't reply to emails, despite automated assurances that they will within 24 hours. My experience with them has been wholly negative.

My husband has received an email from HMRC saying that his tax refund has been paid to ETICO but now no one form their offices will answer the phone, no refund received back from them. Looks like a scam company keeping the money!

Same as most ppl here had letter from hmrc saying monies payed to etico rang up got moody answer phone message, no replies from emails ither .spoke to hmrc they said they seem a gen company but would hmrc be taken in by scam artists ? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been told by HM Revenue and Customs that my tax rebate has been sent to Etico this was in November was told in December would be paid within 5 working days still waiting nobody answering phones and nobody replying to emails
