It's taken over 6 weeks to get a Fire Alarm service and since my initial enquiry I have had all the excuses given to me about delays booking the appointment, losing the service paperwork in the post, computer system can only produce the certificate automatically within 24hrs (48hrs later still waiting).

Since Euro Fire Ltd was taken over by Lw Safety, they have lost that personal service & care to it's customers.
