DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Why can we not give zero stars ?
terrible service, rescue took 24 hrs instead of 2 which incurred overnight stay and 2 train tickets. Also told NOT COVERED and had to pay £300 extra for a special truck. in the end the special truck didn't arrive and I'm now chasing a refund. 1st rescue man had no idea and failed to fix or rescue. 2nd man was excellent, not told to bring special truck so he managed to rescue & relay the car without and delivered me within 3hrs - why had 1st man not done this and why have I paid 300 extra.
I will update here if they reimburse. Policy will be cancelled as soon as reimbursed. The company needs an N on the start of their name !

Initially I was not sure how to take care/report my case, but after simply writing to the Cover4Rental team they replied almost imediately and explained all I needed to provide. After proving all documents and explanations, I was refunded in like one week.
Overall the process took 2 to 3 weeks and the team was very friendly and responsive.

Happy with the end result.
I had to submit my documents several times, there were issues on your end unable to open documents.I started my claim on May 27th and received payment on July 7th. The process was problematic . Nevertheless thank you ..

Beware, they autorenewed my cover. I was also unaware I'd set up autorenew as I never take this option when setting up insurance.

Had to cancel as they couldn’t offer the cover I required. So rang and cancelled as the policy isn’t due to renew until the 2nd received an email saying thanks for renewing and hounded by company regarding a D/D have sent no end of emails explaining that this is already been cancelled but still they want money.

Possibly the worst Breakdown cover ever, you are better off with no insurance than Eversure cover. Cancelled the policy mid term and took out another one with another provider because the policy provided was found to be worthless. Waste of money for past three years

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!! Waste of time, yo-yo on 'facts', been over 6 months of back and forth, really slow customer service and when finalising a quote decided to give me a feeble excuse saying all my gear (although not all of it is being insured) plays a part in the one item I want insured! Never heard such a thing! Blessing in disguise, doesn't sound like a good insurer!

I've been with Eversure for a year in September, I've just received an email about renewing the policy which is due on the 20th which I will be doing. I've needed to call them out 3 times and on each occasion it was a local breakdown company who were with me within the hour and they were brilliant. The guys I spoke to when I reported the breakdown were friendly and very efficient. Excellent service
