Great service , I was able to ask questions about specifications and fitting that only a professional would know . Excellent customer service Refunded some of my postage as I’d payed too much , but I never aware . Highly recommended.

Great help from this company. i had an old awning that i needed a spare part for. Couldn't find d it anywhere but they managed to get me my part and send it out. I received it within 2 days and the awning is now repaired.

I made email contact with some rainstorm damaged bits of my Fiamma awning. I was sent a clear "blow up" parts diagram, ordered the bits, they arrived very promptly. The bits were expensive for what they are, but this is typical of specialist spare parts. Efficient service. I'm happy to have my awning back!

I’ve bought a couple of items from Everything Fiamma, an awning being the most recent purchase. 2 bolts were missing and Graham sorted it and had Fiamma send out the bolts within a couple of days. Excellent and friendly service!

Spoke to Graham regarding a part I needed for my awning that I broke. When I got to his place he had a look at the broken part and said you only need YY part, not XX part and saved me money. I don't think I'd get that level of service from any other company.

Excellent service. Ordered product and item got lost/stolen in post with Royal Mail which is not surprising as seems to be happening all the time. I contacted Graham at Everything Fiamma and he was Excellent. Immediately sent out another item as I needed it fairly urgently. Recieved today and excellent packaging. Will definitely use again

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. The product (bongo bike rack) is spot on, but it was the after service that has set them apart. They went over and above to help resolve a delivery issue that was not of their causing. I can’t thank them enough.

No fault of the company but the package was lost by FedEx which I eventually received a few day later. Graham was on holiday yet still took the time to liaise with me. Great customer service and would definitely use again.
