If I could have given them a "0", I would have done. Over the last 2 months 90% of our parcels have been returned to sender or undelivered, without even attempting delivery. I have opened so many enquiries, but they don't come back to me and I have sent them directions. All to no avail. We live straight off the A1, with proper sliproads and a good road, so NO excuse for not turning up.

8 days and counting still no parcel, no call backs no emails, can't even speak to a human, so I had to email 3 directors and the secretary of the ceo and the ceo himself, now its a waiting game.
This company is a complete joke, they shouldn't be a delivery company as they can't even get an email delivered, let alone a parcel.

Approximately yesterday at 1:30pm
We had evri turn up who had 2 delivery's fle my address
I went outside to speak to the driver
And told him that one of the items I didn't want I excepted 1 item which he took a picture of , I then told him I didn't want the other item and refused the delivery.
Once my back was turned and I got back indoors he marked the second packaged aa delivered and used the photo of the 1st item for the second item.
He then went off and when I clicked onto the tracking we see that he marked it as delivered with the picture of the first item

He's completely stolen this
I have now got amazon involved with it and the police
I've also contacted evri by email
And there doing nothing about it

I suggest u now do something about it !!!
As I'm now looking at contacting the newspapers
And having your thieving staff held to account, I've also got cctv footage that you've also been told about
I've also told you by email that none of your drivers are to come to my property ever again as it will be classed as trespass and u will be dealt with by the police

Absolutely dog poop for a parcel service. They offer options like leave with a neighbour and then dont follow them. Happily dump your goods anywhere on property leaving them for any one to take if you are not in. Use a better parcel service if you have the option

I've been waiting for a parcel since the 30th June and have been non stop lied to saying delivery attempted 4 times now and to wait 24hrs even though I left online to leave in outbuilding so obviously someone can't read and ive actually even been at home and not a single person has turned up. yet again they said out for delivery today and I just seen the evri driver and no parcels for me and you can't even call to get through to a human, I've been waiting for a callback now for a couple of days over this matter and now another item ive purchased from ebay has used evri annoyingly and the same story but apparently has an issue getting to my addrsss even though i live on a main road .....won't ever recommend this company to a single person

Got a new courier who dumps and run's also has had my parcel since Tuesday it's now Saturday he seems to pick and choose when and where he wants to deliver just not mine customer service try their best but when courier has parcel there's nothing they can do about it......!
Shocking service and they're apparently merging with DHL! Good luck with that ha ha ha.

The worst delivery company, always keeping parcels for several days for no reason and when they finally decide to deliver it, drivers just drop it anywhere where they feel like and run away. Had 3 parcels stolen in the last couple of months because of these morons not understanding what safe place is.

I attended training to begin delivering parcels and was informed through the app that delivering on the same day was optional. I was moved around to different areas with nothing to do. After about an hour, someone asked who didn’t have the correct insurance (i didn’t have the right insurance for it H&R at the moment). I raised my hand, and he simply told me to go home.

I ended up waiting around and staying for an hour without any clear communication or purpose, only to be sent home. It felt like a waste of time, especially since the app made it seem like same-day delivery was optional, not required. Also … Location : Unit 3 Central Road, Essendine, Stamford, PE9 4LJ
