Discrimination on benefit rental and pip which is against equality act 2010.they told me because I'm on benefits they have refused me. But post on openrent as dds accepted? Also unprofessional emailing staff

5 starts isn’t enough for this agency, honestly if i can give them a 10 i would do😊.
I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Donna (Colchester branch) she is the best estate agent i ever dealt with since i moved to the UK.
When i called to arrange a viewing Donna was really helpful and welcoming asked me a few questions to confirm my eligibility and that i meet the landlords requirements (I really find this useful so we wouldn’t waste each other’s time) then arranged a viewing the second day straight away, going for the viewing she was there on time she was knowledgeable about everything related to the property, she was really helpful during the referencing checks everything was fast she was always in touch and now i moved in and honestly this was the best and easiest experience i had.

I’m now using Ezelet as management agents for a third rental property as I’ve previously been so satisfied with their service. They have gained a certificated award during the time I’ve used them, which just confirms the professionalism and friendly support that I’ve always found the company offers. They deal well with liaising between themselves, the tenants and tradespeople, sorting out any problems along the way to my full satisfaction, whilst keeping me informed of any developments. I’ve recently gone through the process of moving house and trying to rent a property, and having been really anxious about it, I couldn’t recommend Ezelet enough. The team were really professional and friendly in handling my queries, and Donna who handled the property viewing and referencing right down to moving me in, went above and beyond to make me feel reassured. She was incredibly helpful all the way along and I can’t thank her enough for all the support she has given me. ❤️

They’re unable to communicate. Wasted my time going to a student accommodation viewing for them to say the agent I spoke to did not book me in. I spoke to them 4 times. Mind you. they were supposed to get back to me and one would think a little bit of respect and empathy would prevail for the simple fact that my time was wasted due to incompetency and rude staff. I came all the way from London. I emailed, called and no response. It’s no hard to communicate and let potential customers know what is going on. Very basic expectation. Don’t waste your time.

This is my first time renting through Eze Let. Everything went so swimmingly from the video viewing right up until I picked the keys up. My main point of contact is Donna and she has been so helpful! If I have any problems or questions, she will never leave an e-mail for any longer than a few hours max. Very responsive and arranging the contractor to come out and fix any issues is all done within the same day. Definitely recommend 🙂

1 star is too kind. Absurdly unprofessional and rude company. The lettings staff I spoke to was completely disinterested in helping, when I mentioned I wanted to cancel a viewing I had booked due to finding another property with many more desired amenities for the same cost. The lettings agent became defensive and hostile, rather than promoting other properties available to let, which I only found out after pressing. I mentioned some of my personal information and she literally said she didn't care because she had other viewings, at which point I promptly said how unprofessional and ridiculous the attitude was and bit her good day. I am glad to not be working with a company like this, and putting my trust in people that, for lack of a better description, could not care less.
