Jonathan has been nothing short of fantastic.

I've dealt with other mortgage brokers in the past who have charged me twice as much for half the service.

Every message and phone call has been responded to promptly, every drop in the interest rate has been acted upon quickly and we have locked in a lower rate whilst we wait for our purchase to complete.

The mortgage application process was extremely straightforward and not long and convoluted like it sometimes is with the banks and we weren't given the hard sell on any insurance policies, just the facts and an appreciation of the risks. Johnathan handled everything with only a few documents needed from ourselves and kept us in the loop throughout.

I would always recommend a mortgage broker for a house move as they have access to preferential rates, and going forward I'll be using Jonathan every few years when we need to refix. I really can't recommend him enough.
