Your first quote will be amazing to get business from you, smooth as butter, lovely sales tactic from the team to embrace you as a customer however don't bother with renewing. I was quoted £600 more after an extra years NCB and the price further increased when something on my system from a few years ago was changed from FAULT TO NON FAULT... it went UP by another few hundred?! Keep shopping around.

8 times I have called in the last 2 days for a quote and it says I am first in the queue. Wait 2 minutes and someone picks up and then hangs up.
I'm just having fun now as I know they can probably see my number on the other end.
I'd never take out insurance with this company just looking at the Google image on there office tells me I've had a lucky escape.

Be warned. Stay well clear. How they are able to advertise on compare the market I've no idea. Dreadful way to run a company.

Don’t waste your time with this company! Totally disappointed and angry. As a new customer I waited on the telephone for 1 hr 32 min and 54 seconds yet not even able to speak to anyone. Feel sorry for its customers!

Had an accident (non fault) tried reporting and I just kept getting passed around as nobody could confirm who I was actually insured with. Also I’d like to add my policy was coming to an end and nobody made any attempt to contact me regarding a renewal. Literally didn’t even send me a quote via email or a call. Anyway I took a my business elsewhere because clearly they wasn’t interested.
