I recommended Tim, and Covertree Financial Services to a work colleague who needed help to renew their Employers & Public Liability Insurance.
To make the situation a little more confusing they were also in the process of amalgamating two companies into one at the same time.
They were initially trying to renew through their current broker, who were very slow in updating the insurance and kept delaying saying it was more complicated than a standard renewal.
I suggest they speak with Tim
One phone call, and the situation was explained to Tim. His response was quite simply – not a problem, I know what you need, leave it with me and it will be sorted.
It took Tim a couple of days to come back with a quote, and updated insurance details, all they need to do was sign and say yes please get this implemented.
A very simple, hassle free solution to get a resolve and the necessary insurance in place.
Tim’s approach is refreshing, and he is so easy to work with, I have recommended him to other business contacts as well in the knowledge that he will offer a full and comprehensive service
