Nicholas helped me from start to finish for my mortgage.
Pros : They are very professional and the paper work was seamless. They took care of everything from start to finish. They were on top of it and I didn't have to chase them for anything
Cons : They have a service charge. Many Advisors like LandC etc don't charge. If you go back to re-mortgage and try to top up they charge a hefty amount again(£350). Biggest problem I personally faced was, I had an option to choose between 1.05% mortgage for 2 years or 1.29% for 5 years. And I was told to go with 1.05% for 2 years. Well, if you see after 2 years even if the mortgage ROI doesn't change and I had to re-mortgage, I would be paying a product fee close to £1000 again. So effectively as a customer I wouldn't have gained anything. Only the mortgage advisors get a commission again in 2 years. I know its a business but I hope they are frank with other customers going forward because many of us would blindly trust.

He was super fast with responding to my all queries, and from the time I`ve send all necessary documents, to receive the keys to my new home - less than 12 weeks (mostly because of slow progress with solicitors).
