Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I had no clue what I was doing. Rich talked me through the whole process and was on hand to answer any questions I had. Found us a great deal with a tight affordability range. Professional and always available. Angela was also absolutely fantastic, making sure the finer details were correct for us. The first time I’ve ever enjoyed applying for a mortgage! The whole process was quick and easy, I’d go as far as to say slick, Rich is totally switched on with the products he is offering, giving a brilliant overview of the whole market, and patiently explaining the pro’s and cons of the various products on offer. The service from Fenton Simpson as a team has been very professional, courteous, caring, friendly and very efficient. The whole process from start to finish has been a pleasure, I’ve felt completely at ease discussing my options and feel absolutely sure that I’ve received the best possible service.
