The sales assistant was friendly and helpful and gave me some information I've never knew about before with regards to one of my watches for water proof, but not to use for swimming, I was never told tht when I bought this particular one.

Just brought my brother a watch as a gift from here and the sales lady (can't remember her name) was so helpful and patient as my mum and I deliberated over several different watches. She wasn't pushy and gave us clear information about each watch, whilst being really lovely. Definitely will return for any jewlery/watches I might need in the future. 10/10 customer service and product.

Excellent service as always! Just a watch battery change this visit but such lovely, friendly, competent service, I feel it's important to give a little praise. As just occasional, older age range purchasers, we have always been treated as valued customers. This is often a rare occurance when shopping as senior clients.
I guess this is the luxury we are treated to when shopping with an independent jeweler as apposed to a chain.
Well done & thank you to Hinds for keeping such high standards & lovely, helpful staff.

I'm only guessing because I was in a motor bike jacket and don't look like I have money
The manager I think she was anyway didn't realy take me seriously when asking about rings not very helpful, oh well company's loss Ile go else where, at least the other assistant was helpful and helped me with the size I'm after

Fabulous service just sad not more stocks of item i wanted! Not available online trying to track some down in a shop!
