I want to thank you for your help and support after I lost my mobility component and was left housebound, which had a huge impact on my illness. Your form filling service is a vital tool for anyone who can’t cope with the stress or manage paperwork. You took all the stress off my hands and got me back my enhanced rate. Thank you so much, you’re angels. I highly recommend your service.

Hi
I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for all the help you provide. I was in receipt of PIP, standard for both components and I used your VIP platform to complete my PIP review form in April 2024. My award was initially extended for 12 months but then I had a letter in May 2025 informing me I needed a telephone assessment. As you can imagine, my anxiety was through the roof, especially as the first assessment was cancelled. However, I did have my phone assessment on 4/6/25. I got upset and got through it but still stressed over the final decision. I got my Award letter today. I’ve kept standard Daily Living but been awarded ENHANCED Mobility until 2031! That’s the longest time I’ve ever been awarded. I cannot thank you enough for all the help and information you have in your vaults. I can finally relax for a few years.
Kind regards
Karen Leigh

I have been with fightback since 2014 after my long working career came to an abrupt holt . After nearly 50 years of being in the building industry .due to a number of health issues . I was treated like a criminal by the system even then . There is no logic I can see that forces a successful working man to end his career to go on benefits that were basically twenty five percent of his income .paying a full stamp and foolishly expecting help from what he had paid into all his life . But fightback got this sorted and I eventually got everything I was entitled to . I simply told the truth and provided my evidence to a system designed to fight you all the way . I can never thank you enough . I only wish the countless people inc a few friends who have taken there own lives could have found you sooner . I will always be grateful for your compassion and invaluable help . I hope this helps to disrupt the lies and disinformation that has befallen you . I have nothing but contempt for those who have portrayed you in this way . Thank you 🙏 you are the only shining light in this cesspit of deception and lies that is now the norm in our once great country.

With the change in review form, current climate, and needing an extra hand, I knew it was time to give my review the full VIP treatment, so, having followed FB4J's amazing work for a while, I did.

The vault is priceless in value - I have a number of disabilities, physical and mental - the wealth of information and the work put into the document vault on all of them is absolutely phenomenal - everything AND more you need to comprehensively complete the form in a way that I never could on my own.

I submitted in April 2025, and realised last week I'd forgotten to ask the DWP for an adjustment, so I rung into the team and spoke with Amanda to see if this could still be done.

She was on it right away, sending me a Letter of Authority to liaise with the assessors on my behalf. Not only was the adjustment considered but Amanda, who fully understood my request, worked absolute magic, took all the stress out of my hands, and I was awarded a paper based review for 5 years within *two days* of sending her my authority.

This review isn't just to say thank you to Amanda for what is an absolutely outstanding above and beyond service, but the genuine care and kindness shown to me at a very vulnerable moment in my life, by the whole Team (Michelle and Louise) - this is something that "thank you" doesn't adequately cover.

They call this the VIP service and it is: Very Incredible People and Very Impressive Performance.

The difference you have made to me has got you a supporter for, literally, life. Sandi x
