This is a review based on personal experience but also how the team at Wolverhampton have really pulled out all the stops to support the employees across the company we work at.
With regards to my own situation, I found Craig extremely helpful in guiding me through the sourcing of, and then subsequent transfer of old pensions. He even helped me locate one from 27 years ago and even though we can't do anything with it in terms of transfer I have now been able to contact the new pension provider and get my details updated so I can keep track of it going forward.
For those employees in the team, Craig has also been instrumental in supporting them with locating pensions and then, for some, being able to help them release funds that they were unaware of, giving them unexpected income at a time when every penny counts, it has been really helpful to them.
Throughout 2024, thanks to Craig and Claire, they have facilitated a number of visits to both of our sites to allow our people to have one-on-one advice during working hours. This has been welcomed by all those who have taken up the opportunities and certainly helped them get to grips with their financial futures. Becoming ever more popular we now look forward to 2025 and setting up some more workshops with even greater uptake.

Craig came into our workplace and I decided to go ahead and place my pension fund with him a few years ago now, the company has kept in touch each year with progress on the pension fund and home visits throughout the years. When it came time to draw on my retirement fund I asked for all the old pension funds I had to be put into one fund. All done no problem, I was worried about the pension but there was no issue whatsoever. Excellent service and the fund I have with them still goes from strength to strength.
