A very poor service provider. We have moved all of our investments from this company now. When making telephone calls to the office you are met with hostility and closed doors and told you cannot make enquiries about your own investments other than on the annual anniversary. Very, very poor levels of staffing and expertise. We complained regularly when we could get a message through to our advisor. This was always met with a nonchalant attitude and excuses. Unbelievably poor when we are expected to put a great deal of trust in them. They sell you a proactive service which is anything but. Investments are left to stagnate or fall over months and months of you trying to get hold of them to discuss. Then when you do get through they agree that a move from the now much depleted fund would have been a good idea. Please for your own sake avoid this company.

Have just read the comments made below and am quite frankly astounded by the content. I became a client of FAS in 1991 and they have looked after both my company and personal investments since that date. I have found their customer care to exceed expectations at all times, never have I had cause to complain about lack of communication or poor advice. In fact I must stress that I have found this company to be quite the reverse of the below comments. I would like to add that friends, family, employees and commercial contacts have followed my lead and become clients of FAS. To my knowledge not one of these have found FAS to be wanting in any aspect. It is disappointing on these occasions that we do not hear the 'other side of the story' or is it that someone has expected a huge return on investment during a pandemic? From my point of view recent times may have been tough but FAS have still shown a satisfactory return on investment when few others have achieved the same.
