I would definitely recommend Financial Brokers. I have bought 2 houses recently with them and both mortgages have been taken based on an income just from LTD company, where the process is much more dificulty and demanding, but they went through! Zdecydowanie nie polecam usług tej firmy! Kuszące posty na facebook mówiące o tym, ze jest to firma możliwie najtańsza na rynku już jest nieprawda. Idąc dalej wzmianka o tym, ze cytuje „w razie niepowodzenie nie ponosisz żadnych kosztów” otóż z moja partnerka korzystaliśmy z usług owej firmy, oferta o zakup domu została złożona, przekazaliśmy dokumenty w zamian otrzymaliśmy tylko symulacje naszej zdolności kredytowej bez żadnych ofert kredytowych. Dla porównania u innego agenta w przeciągu godzinnego spotkania znaliśmy swoją zdolność, długość kredytu oraz wysokość rat. Kiedy poinformowaliśmy o zaistniałej sytuacji przedstawicielki firmy, otrzymaliśmy fakturę opiewająca na wysokość £500. Ponadto jedna z Pan namawiała nas do próby „wyłudzenia” kredytu podając na podstawie nieprawidłowych informacji, ponieważ w trakcie moja partnerka straciła prace i poinformowaliśmy o tym niezwłocznie firmę ta nadal chciała „jak najszybciej” załatwić kredyt dla nas obojga. Ponadto żenujący poziom obsługi klienta brak informacji i widocznego postępu w naszej sprawie nakłoniły nas do rezygnacji z usług. Teraz pomimo „cancellation fee” jakie zostało na nas nałożone i tak będziemy dowodzić swojej racji, gdyż praca wykonana przez ta firmę ma się nijak do opłaty która mamy uiścić. Lepiej iść do angielskiego pośrednika, który w szybki i profesjonalny sposób załatwi cała sprawę.
