Been with this company now for 3 years.. was amazing at first, really helpful and everyone i spoke to was lovely.
2nd year review was a nightmare took months and then told us we owed money which then took even longer to resolve and turns out we don’t owe money.
Managed to eventually get it sorted and back on the right track after speaking to a lovely customer service advisor. It is pure luck who you get on the phones but 90% of them are unhelpful and act like you personally owe the money to them with the way they speak to you.
One of my obligations was to obtain employment once my youngest child turned 5.. i have had another child since taking out the Iva and they are demanding i seek employment to increase payments even though this is not an option for me.
Hoping we will get this issue and the 3rd year review sorted. my husband will be calling and asking to speak to the same person we dealt with before and hopefully our next 2 years run smoothly but after reading some of these reviews unfortunately i do not have much hope. ☹️

At first this company were really helpful. Then I became ill and struggling with payments but they didn't want to understand my situation or offer any help. Kept getting nasty emails and phone calls all the time . I was constantly sending them emails explaining the situation I'm In. Just weren't listening or interested on my health condition. Kept getting threatened by a breach even though I was always making them aware of my situation. Absolutely terrible service

I would highly recommend FSS, I took out an IVA with them 5 years ago and finished paying it off last month. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave me advice all the way through. Also a big shout out to James who was with me from start to finish. Now I'm financially free and can start to live my life.

Avoid this company at all costs. The customer service is rubbish, I was hounded into an IVA with them and I felt pressured, I joined with the promise of less stress. I still have creditors contacting me, I have this company, even though my income has gone down saying I can afford more because they do not read emails and do not listen. At this rate I am tempted to just leave the IVA and start anew with a more reputable company. Please do not go with these

I found the whole process a pleasant helpful journey everyone was so lovely and helpful everyone I had contact with made me feel supported nothing n was a problem, I got cancer last year and everyone was so helpful when I went on to ESA and accommodated the lower payments fantastic service fantastic people so grateful 🙏

If you want a completely honest review, from someone who entered an IVA and paid it all fully including their fees with no write off here it is.

First year was fine, calculations done, payments fine, no issues.

First year done and owed no money, then to be told 2 months later they made a mistake and wanted £2k payment.

The 2nd and 3rd year they were late on the review by 3 and 8 months respectively.

Last year was the worst. I was in the position to have it all paid off fully, I got nothing but threatening emails stating my payments would increase 3 fold, for no reason, and that I would have to pay past my term.

I then got a final 6 month payment schedule in writing with the last months payment being lower, to reach 100p,/£.
I was assured I wouldn't pay more than what was owed, but low and behold, they just took a bigger amount with the excuse they were not notified that the IVA was ending and it was a lower amount etc, even though I had it in writing

Poor service, advisors don't care one bit and they just add more pressure onto you.
