Firecrest I’ll simply wonderful. We are in the final stages of completing a community building, And have encountered challenging issues and expenses beyond our control. I appealed to Jessica for a discount and time to pay and the response was so generous and helped us more than we can say.
Jessica is so friendly courteous and timely in all the communication and we are also massively appreciative that Jessica and the whole team are doing all they can to get the new fire equipments the in haste.

We have dealt with Neil in the past and it’s a pleasure to see him on site always friendly courteous and professional as all all of the team we’ve had dealings with. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Terrible customer service and sharp business practice. Called them to report an alarm fault. Fire Crest Tech (with awful attitude) came out and charged for repair. 2 hrs later, same fault occurred again, so I called again. Not only did FC charge me for a 2nd time for callout to fix the fault they had supposedly already fixed once that day but they added an out of hours surcharge. It turns out according to their 2nd tech that 1st tech diagnoses was totally wrong and that all the parts and work he had forced me to carry out were unnecessary. Despite numerous calls to their office requesting a call back and explanation no-one was forthcoming. Emails to them were similarly ignored, it's been nearly a month now and still nothing. They were amazingly prompt with their invoices however, getting them out on the within 24hrs of each visit !
They clearly couldn't care less about their customers. They also seem to have a pretty loose attitude towards overcharging for unnecessary work and double invoicing.
AVOID this company at all costs, their sharp practices and deaf ears to complaints will only result in stress and further expense to get a proper firm to fix their mistakes.

Booked an early appointment to carry out maintenance on our local Methodist Chapel since we were open for an Art Exhibition. Unfortunately there were problems with the booking, i.e. they forgot to book us in and it took 3 phone calls from me to eventually find out they had not booked us in, which I do not feel was very professional. However, they still kept the appointment albeit late and the Service Engineer was very good, friendly and very professional and provided an excellent service.
