Horrible experience, I’ve lasted 3 months. Have to cancel the policy because of the service. Going around in circles via chat with questions being ignored and no answers given. I’ve asked to speak to someone on the phone multiple times and was given misleading/false information - they have a mobile number but are gatekeeping this. The advisors don’t seem to know how to handle requests/answer simple questions. I was on a 40 minute phone call and was left with little to no information. I would absolutely pay a higher price for a more reliable insurance company, scared to know what would have happened if I actually had to issue a claim through them given this horrendous service to simple, basic questions.

Had an accident. My fault. Their 24 hour claim line wasn’t 24 hours. It took 20 mins to find a number that I could get through on. Expecting to lose 1 year NCB. Their “policy” to reduce your NCB to 3 years regardless. Endless issues with customer service and really poor communication. An awful company. Do not get insured with them.

Awful, in my opinion. It's very difficult to actually speak to someone, their website is full of bugs and links don't work when trying to view an existing claim, their live chat is hit and miss as to whether the assistant actually replies, they don't provide regular updates on existing claims. It all seems very unprofessional and I'm not going to renew with them. I'd rather pay extra to get better customer service and a website that actually works.

Well, last payment made. Never ever again would I insure with these, I have reached about 50,000 people with a post I’ve made too so hopefully that works. Awful company, minimum of an hour to speak to a human any time you need to do anything. All emails are flagged as junk if you want to login, changed my policy to a less expensive car and they put it up 120 pounds a month. On the final payment I missed as I did a bank transferal, paid the next day, got issued with a default notice!
I’m not bitter, I’m glad it’s over it’s just don’t waste your time with this company

Joke. Absolutely useless. Would get zero stars if possible.
Never spent less than 45 mins on hold EVERY TIME I contact them!! (Warning , they cut you off randomly also during that time so you have to start again, but only once you've waited over 35 mins already)

Would change my policy online like I am repeatedly told to during calls but the website is utterly useless and won't let me change my policy even after 6 months with them.

In the already stressful process of buying a car I've spent over 6.5 hours on the phone getting quotes.... I'd change companies if it was possible. Unacceptable incompetence at its peak, also expensive for the lack of service and accessibility.

Operators are friendly when finally connected however often miscommunication when understanding what the customer needs.
Save yourself a headache and hours of wasted time and avoid the same way they avoid their current customers.

I've been with them for around 2 years. In one year I had 3 incidents where I was at fault in any of them. Took them ages to recover my excess and after last incident where the car has been written off they could not close the case for another 7 months and they simply kept charging me for insurance on the car I no longer own. It is the worst behaviour company can give. Really proved to me that insurance companies will just try to take all the money you have... what a joke
