Very happy with our service on our remortgaging from Thelma and Dionne. Thelma came out to us at our convenience and was extremely friendly, easy to work with and very well informed. She was able to listen to our needs and quickly find us a suitable deal, then talk us through the process.
Applications were processed quickly and we were kept informed as to what would happen next. We were also supported when the solicitors working on behalf of the mortgaging company made errors, making queries for us and reassuring us. We will definitely consider using them again when our new mortgage deal expires.

I cannot praise and thank Thelma and Dionne enough! Straight away from first contact with Dionne we knew we would be in safe hands. Thelma came to our home to meet us and explain everything to us really quickly after first contact and we felt a positive vibe straight away. We are buying a bigger house and Thelma has been on hand whenever we needed her and secured our mortgage in next to no time! Even when we came across a few hurdles in the application process, Thelma fought our corner and got us the outcome we really hoped for! She has answered our million questions and made us feel completely at ease the whole way through. Nothing was too much!
I cannot recommend Thelma and Dionne enough and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Myself and my partner Tom had our home purchase managed by First Finance group. Absolutely outstanding customer service and attention to detail. The main thing being the whole process has been totally stress free for myself and Tom, as the lovely Thelma and Dionne have done everything for us from sorting out the mortgage, to various different insurances with all the best deals, aswell as and all the communication with estate agents, solicitors ect. After being assigned my mortgage Advisor by my extremely friendly case manager Dionne, Thelma my mortgage advisor, made a home visit and from then on it was plain sailing . I had mortgage offer within 14 days of Thelma’s appointment with a mainstream lender. They appointed my Solicitor , arranged my valuations and searches with a really easy to follow breakdown of costs . Only wish I had gone with them first . Highly recommended 5 stars
