3 years later and I now own my vehicle, couldn't be happier with First Response Finance, they are incredibly quick to help and give the best customer care, if I ever need finance again, this company will be my first choice. Excellent company.

Left a message on trust pilot and i can not fault this company. First class service all round finace sorted within the day. However the car arrived today which was advertised with the black edition grille. Guess what didnt have the same grille as when I saw it. Service light was on showing due in 4 days and a message saying you need a tyre get a part worn I will reimburse you from the car company. I’m a sales executive myself for a leading manufacturer. First response perfect the dealership. Well I have emailed about the false advertising saying it had a sunroof it doesn’t the front grille is black edition on the photos turned up with a chrome grille. Then a message via what’s app saying get yourself a tyre we will pay you back. Service due in 4 days. Like I said no complaints with first direct but they need to remove the Dealership in Oldham as they are giving you guys bad name.

Be wary, car purchased with not a spot of problems from the outside looking in around the car, went to fill car up same day and found petrol cap to be faulty wouldn’t open with push system, gave them the benefit of doubt. 1 month later found a spot of rust appearing from the top of the passenger sill, aware of the cars age didn’t think much of it and again gave benefit of doubt but this then grew worse within the next week or so, drivers window then began to act up if opened it won’t close, Then the windscreen wash jets began to stop working, making the car u drivable due to salt and grit on the roads blocking my vision. After heavy rain one day went to my car and found the paint had began to peel from under the door and on the door itself which revealed this also had rust under the current paint which after speaking to friend advised me paint doesn’t look matched and looks as if it has been covered to hide this rust. When asking for help was told to use a “paint patch kit” by dealership this is clearly what they have done before selling the car. After having no help from them or finance company have told them to collect the car and won’t be paying another penny.

Awful business that are in cahoots with another appalling business Greenlight motors! Sold me a faulty car and refused to act on my behalf to resolve the issue went wrong after only 3 months massive electrical issues insisted Greenlight would repair allegedly they did went wrong again 8 months later with the same issue. Funny that outside the 12 months and there is nothing they can do. So stuck with a crap car that doesn’t work has been through 3 brand new batteries in 12 months. DO NOT USE THEM OR GREENLIGHT ABSOLUTE COWBOYS !!!!!

I purchased a new vehicle from first response, everything went well and deal made, however when I collected the vehicle the next day and brought it home, the diesel tank and oil from engine was leaking which destroyed my tarmac, the drivers door would not lock which left the vehicle open to car theifs, and knocking coming from front wheel, when I contacted the dealer dB automotive it was 2 months before the vehicle was collected from my home to be repaired however came back to me with all the problems there except for the diesel leak was repaired however the guy that put it on transportor scored the alloys putting it on. When I received vehicle back with problems still exsisting I call first response who payed my chosen mechanic to repair oil leak, but came back with oil leak, I am suffering from severe anxiety and depression and just after a transplant and rely heavily on the vehicle to take me to hospital appointments, I still have the vehicle which I cannot drive and paying for although I can't drive it, I rang them and they are going to collect it I will never purchase a vehicle from this company again and will be seeking legal advice. I was sold a death trap and the dealer I purchased from and first response just don't care. I would say I'll severely disappointed and won't trust people like this again. Stay away
