I would like to share my excellent experience of dealing with Richard and his team at Fitton & Co.

I required a goodwill valuation for a company which I was dealing with which was imminently going into a liquidation process, as part of a restructure of a group of companies.

The valuation was required to be completed prior to the liquidation and therefore there was a short timescale in which to complete the valuation.

Richard and his team at Fitton & Co completed the valuation in a matter of days and well in advance of the liquidation which ensured that the restructuring could go ahead smoothly and in the required timescales. The valuation was of an excellent professional standard and very thorough and set out in a clear way how the value had been arrived at.

The valuation highlighted the company’s last three years of trading results and drilled into the income received over the three years and the company’s expenditure, such as wages and pension, and provided a logical conclusion which is exactly what was required.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the services of Fitton & Co and look forward to working with Richard and his team at Fitton & Co again.
