Jack from Fixt Asset Management is absolutely amazing. He's professionally supported our house move being there for our family every step of the way from when we showed interest to when we signed for our keys, and now we are tenants, any support we have needed he's been right at the other end of the phone and got matters dealt with immediately while being kind and professional along the way.

We genuinely cannot thank Jack enough for being so supportive and helpful as we was so nervous to move away from our hometown, but Jack as made every step of the way simple, easy and comfortable.

Having been let down by another company, Jack came to my rescue.
I desperately needed a difficult job doing in a short amount of time. I made contact with him one day and the job was started promptly the next. The house & garden clearance that I needed were done quickly and efficiently. I found Jack to be friendly, understanding and willing to do whatever was required within a tight time frame.
The whole house was cleared and then cleaned to a high standard. The garden was totally transformed back to its former glory.
I cannot recommend Jack and his company highly enough for speed, efficiency and, importantly, his professionalism and friendly manner.

For as long as I have needed and requested help, Jack and his team have been exceptional in responding to those requests. The turnaround each time has been speedy, communication is always open and I am always regularly updated. I sometimes feel a nuisance; however, Jack is ever so reassuring and makes it clear I am not. Jack and his team have refurbished multiple houses in middlesborough for company Omkar properties limited over past 2 years. All projects are quoted appropriately, undertaken at good standards and completed on schedule.
He also looks after maintenance issues for all houses . He has a big efficient team.

The cracking thing about these guys is that you only ever deal with them. My last agent passed me from pillar to post and every time I needed something it was a different person! These guys do all the management, all the repairs, all the paperwork and you actually feel valued! I received an email from Andrew at 7.20pm tonight to update me of a repair so I didn’t worry about it over the weekend! Top service!
