Rang up today for a quote and they were competitive, Shiraz was awesome, very friendly professional, quite witty at times . I ended up taking out the policy and we went over it thoroughly too, took about an hour but was well worth it.

I called flag earlier today and spoke to a person called Alan. He was very rude and had a very unprofessional attitude,and very poor customer service. I asked to speak to someone else, but he insisted I spoke to him.
He was arguing with me on the phone and telling me I was wasting his time, as he had other calls waiting. I was calling discuss my renewal but was very disappointed that I wasn't able to speak to a professional person.

Just took out a policy with flag insurence, as a insurence company too early to tell what there like, HOWEVER their customer service is fantastic.

Original I got a slightly cheaper taxi quote wirh FAYRE insurence, when i spoke to them they seemed not to bothered for my business and due an error with my current insurers I had an open case which I was not aware of, they could not do anything more cheaper or be helpful in any way, basically told me to jog on. There Loss,

Then I called Flag and spoke to SHIRAZ, this brother was amazing, I cannot commend him highly enough.

Polite, friendly and really really helpfull. Went thru multiple quotes with me spent like an hour telling me what to do to bring my quote down, went thru multiple scenarios and was so empathetic, I lost a family member last week and the kindness he showed me helped me so much.

I did as he told me and the following day called him back and took out a policy for £1500 with add ons.

I'm in multiple taxi groups with over 300 members and part of the union so I will be definitely recommending flag insurece and to speak to brother shiraz.

Note to FAYRE insurence: you need better customer service advisors.

This brother is an example of what customer service should be like and he's a valuable asset to Flag insurence and should be in a position of leadership teaching others how to deal with customers.

I would highly recommend asking for him.

We called to get a quote from your company. Spoken with Mr Allan, who was rude and arrogant. He had such an arrogant attitude towards us.
People are not calling to get free Insurance from your company so please educate and provide your staff with proper training on how to speak to customers. Whether they are fluent in English or not. Acquaint them to respect people. Just because English is not our first language it does not give your company the right to talk down on us.
