They take your money then barely communicate or help you get a new deal. We used Flagstone because it was recommended by an estate agent but ended up dropping them in favour of Limitless Financial Services. The mortgage advisor was charming initially, got us a deal, then took our payment. But our financial circumstances changed (we wanted to borrow more and include shares/bonus) but they a) weren't experienced in the share bonus and b) didn't care to help us out. Our mortgage offer was due to expire and we asked what our options were, the advisor told us to push the sale through which wasnt possible. I would not recommend Flagstone. **Edit: I can't reply to your reply Marion but our details are RM/DH and Lucy was the mortgage advisor.

Flagstone were brilliant from start to finish. As first time buyers, working with Andy made the process of securing a mortgage a lot less daunting as he explained the steps clearly, provided all of the information we needed and facilitated everything to ensure we were in the best position for our particular circumstances as well as adequately protected from an insurance perspective.
