Thank you so much to David Marcello, Marion and Gary for their absolute and continued support and communications during our house purchase. When you are initially introduced to a financial service as we were through Beresford, there was some trepidation of the unknown. Our expectations have been far exceeded and each step of the process has been formatted in such a way that we were kept fully informed, all our questions were answered (some of them quite simple), and we learnt as we progressed. The value of the fee has been exceeded and gave us peace of mind and reassurance that we were in safe trustworthy hands. We considered the fee to be part of the whole purchase experience, which I would highly recommend, and in particular Flagstone (Upminster).
