I went to Fletchers Assocates because of a recommendation. I have never used a financial advisor before and I was quite nervous. I didn’t need to be, I was put at ease immediately. In early 2021, we recognised that after quite a few years our investments required re-assessing. Fortunately, some years earlier we had noted Fletcher Associates mentioned in Yorkshire Life magazine. Having made contact with Carl, the professional yet personal support we received from him was very special. Apart from one Zoom call, because of the pandemic all other arrangements were conducted through emails.
