Easy to organise on line.

Great to have an email after the holiday to check all went well and provide instructions as to what to do if needing to claim.

Only issue is that my credit card statement shows I have been charged twice. The same amount on the same day.

I am not sure how to get a refund.
Update!
I was contacted and a full refund given. I am very grateful.

I took the time to obtain 3 quotes of a single Holiday break to Madeira. Prices were within a comparable range, although Flexicover did come out marginally cheaper. One of your competitors didn't include "Cancellation" in its cheaper prices and another had a poor medical questionnaire which went round in circles more than once. So, eventually Flexicover won that contest both on price and web site efficiency of use.

Great company! Best prices for travel insurance. Last year I had to change my travel plans three times and this company just changed the dates accordingly without any queries. When I booked another holiday , I went straight back to them for my travel insurance.

Everything is done on line these days; this is no exception ,but I have in the past (I have used Flexicover for many years) telephoned them and they have been very helpful. Fewer and fewer insurances cover people as they get older or ill, but i have not had that problem with Flexicover. It is easy enough to complete the questions and get the correct cover for yourself, but no one ever knows how well an Insurance works out unless they have to make a claim, which, fortunately, up to this point I have never had to do.

Absolutely appalling company. My fault to start with. With the Corona pandemic , I had to move from my elderly mums home. I was a bit wayward with everything , and to cut a long story short my insurance overlapsed. I was taken I'll and nearly died in Turkey. I'm still there, back next week to the hospital. My partner had to fly out here , try to help me with the most traumatic situation of my 55 years. A heart attack, complete renal failure, 3 blood transfusions, itu for 5 days. I could GET NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER. This I find shocking. I've always paid in full for the last couple of years on the due date. With heart history , I'd be very stupid to contemplate going abroad without insurance, but it happened.
