Would give them zero stars if I could. Been an absolute nightmare to get refund. Called over 10 times & sent 14 emails, asked to speak with a manager who didn't call back. No one is available, always in meetings and never call back. Its been over 4 weeks since we requested and still waiting and chasing! Requested another call back from a manager today but still waiting.....

At the age off 77 I have been with Flint for many many years. In those years I have had problems, the last being when parked with all lights on znd in a safe place, as I thought, I was rammed by a vehicle at high speed while the driver eat his McDonalds. Well that is what he told the woman behind me that took his details. I called the Flint emergency line. I was collected, along with my possessions from the car. The car was loaded onto the vehicle and I was taken home first before my vehicle went onwards. One does not want this to happen, but when it does all is taken care of. Flint are brilliant, their staff to speak with are so very friendly. I will go nowhere else right to the moment that I can no longer drive.

FRAUD AND UNPROFESSIONAL Do not use, 1st incident my vehicle was supposed to be Insured with flint insurance but as I drove to the airport to pick up my family I was followed and pulled over by armed police officers and question about not having Insurance I rang flint Insurance to find out that they had miss spelt my registration plate number and i was Infact not Insured, this was a very scary ordeal for me and my young family, thanks for the points and fine flint Insurance, this is 1 of 4 cases I had with this company using this Insurance Company over 3 years using them for my business insurance this is my own personal experience with this company and I will also be putting a review up regarding the other 3 incidents as they are all separate issues and Interactions with these fraudsters I HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS WITH THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN

Once Rhys was in "charge" of our enquiry he was very professional and efficient. He has kept in constant touch both by phone and texts.
