Giving me the peace of mind, that you are going through a reputable and dependable broker. After our home was unexpectedly flooded with surface water, we had a very difficult time trying to contact our insurers. When we finally spoke to them, they were very unhelpful and did not care about our situation. We were given Flood Assist phone number. Helen answered the call. I contacted Flood Assist as I needed help with securing insurance cover for “ground water flooding” after a property we were buying came up as high risk. Liz could not have been more helpful and spent quite some time chatting with me about my scenario. Her knowledge and understanding was superb and her honesty much appreciated. I had already spent most of the day talking to other “specialist flood insurance” companies who were utterly useless and couldn’t get cover for me at all. However Liz came up trumps within the hour - amazing !! I cannot recommend this company highly enough, it has been a really long time since I have received service like this ! In the end we decided not to buy the property as it felt too risky after receiving a bad building survey on top of the flood risk. I am however incredibly grateful to Liz for all the advice and help she gave. Thank you !

Excellent people to get advice from. They knew their products and especially the bikes. I had a test ride on both bikes I was interested in. All in all a great place to get a Triumph Motorbike from be it new, or used, or their high quality trade-ins they get.

This is a very helpful and super professional organisation and I highly recommend them. Highly recommended - I have a very unusual and challenging historic home, and Liz spent hours over several weeks dealing with several aspects of it (such as a rebuild valuation) to get me specialist insurance. She even got it onto the Flood Re scheme, which for a building that was unoccupied for over a century is extremely unusual! Overall I'm very pleased.
