Big THANKS to Louise and John from Florence Mortgages . They are super professional during our whole mortgage process. It is our first home in UK and they help everything smooth and relax.

I've just completed my mortgage for the second time with John. In truth, as I was just switching rates I thought I could do it myself and I did...but luckily for me, John followed up and went on to lower my monthly payments. Lesson learned. He made the process smooth and stress free, which is all you want with mortages!

Florence Mortgages were recommended to me several times over. Louise worked with us on what should have been a straightforward Buy to Let remortgage. In the event, there was an unexpected complication which Louise worked diligently and patiently to resolve. Rather than go with a product that would ensure a return for Florence Mortgages, she held out for the best deal for us despite meaning more work for her.
She was happy to discuss all options at times that suited us.

John Harrington of Florence Mortgages was the epitome of friendly professional throughout our mortgage journey, both informative and approachable. He put us at ease when we were at our most stressed, and made getting a mortgage seem like child’s play - we know better!
