I used this company for office PAT testing. The job itself was ok. The gentleman who turned up was polite and did a good job. However, the invoicing process in the accounts department leaves a lot to be desired. They did the job in August, sent a reminder and then without warning issued a claim in the county court for a whole £95. I have been in business for a very long time and the approach this company takes to invoicing is awful. Seems like they are cost building. Either that or they are hard up. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Will be using another company to test the new office now! The accounts team have shamed them. Avoid at all costs.

This firm is a subcontractor. Do yourself a favor and research your testing direct. Save a bundle. Do not pay a middle man sat in the office all day.
Exceptionally poor service and bumped up prices.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very unhappy with these.
