Been on holiday no WiFi. I could not renew until I got home. Policy went from £370
To £960 plus.
Even with my jaguar enthusiasts club membership.
Do not use or even bother getting a quote from them .
They are not looking after classic car motorists .

Started going on about car insurance claims and electric cars been part of the problem. As they are expensive to replace.
Fires etc .

I don’t drive an electric car and never will.

Fantastic service, my first classic car purchased.
Policy taken out online, with my 2002 Mgtf, two weeks later I called the office to amend for my 1973 mgbgt. The staff member was very helpful and patient, ended up with a £34 pound refund.
Very impressed with the service, keep up the good work in this crazy world.

Fantastic company! I've been insuring my classic car with them since 2017 and now insure all of my car with them. Their prices, especially on multi-car policy, are very competitive. Paid around £800 for three cars individually with FJ last year ,asked for a multi car policy thinking it may be cheaper this year but was surprised it had gone up to over £1400 given some really pathetic excuses when I questioned it
Had a quote for a multi car policy from Lancaster for just over £400 which includes all the add ons and is very comprehensive one phone call saved £1000!!!!

two classic cars insured last year £530 this year £1001,i did 100 miles in the Porsche and 300 in the Mercedes I have just updated my insurance for £500 this company is a disgrace .when the cars are driven so little that have no customer loyalty there are far better insurance firms out there who value your custom

Not great, seem like a nice enough company then try and get you with massive exit fees if you want to leave. Even the call handler said the fees were ‘harsh’… To be honest they weren’t even that cheap, saved money moving to my admiral multicar policy. I thought classic car insurance was supposed to be cheaper? Won’t be using again.

It’s early days but so far so good. Their quote was very competitive, and it’s been easy to make changes to the policy so far. I’ve called their customer service team a few times, and their staff have always been good on the phone - bonus points for having a UK call centre!
